unpluggedgoods.com return policy: Products purchased from unpluggedgoods.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Items must be in new condition with original packaging. If you would like to return an item, please contact us for an RA number: sales@unpluggedgoods.com
Other retailers return policy: We are not able to offer returns and exchanges on products purchased through retailers other than unpluggedgoods.com. However, we will replace a damaged item as per our satisfaction policy-- see below.
100% satisfaction guaranteed policy: We want you to love the products you get from us as much as we love making them. If the product you receive is not functioning, damaged or you are simply not completely satisfied with your product at the time you receive it, we will happily offer you a replacement or a full refund. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Only ground service transportation or its relative value will be refunded. Expedited shipments will be credited at the value of standard shipping. Orders which qualify for free shipping will not receive a refund for shipping cost if other method was chosen.
When will my order ship: Orders for in-stock items depart from our warehouse in Union City, CA within 1-2 business days. We ship by either UPS or USPS. Orders in the United States take 2 -5 business days to arrive once leaving our warehouse. International order shipments take ten days to two weeks after warehouse departure.
