We want you to be happy with your purchase but request that you return items purchased from Unplugged Goods within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the item. Please include include the original receipt or printout of email confirmation. Items must be unused condition with all tags and/or packaging intact. We require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to return to ensure you receive your refund. We are not able to refund your shipping charges or your return shipping charges.
If you are exchanging an item, we will not be able to refund or waive shipping charges for any part of the purchase or exchange transaction. Again, shipping on returned items is not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an
error by Unplugged Goods (e.g. wrong item/color).
Unplugged Goods can only return/exchange items purchased through unpluggedgoods.com and we do need that copy of your electronic receipt or package invoice. Items purchased through an Unplugged Goods retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy.
